# YouTube

[YouTube](https://www.youtube.com/) is a video sharing platform by Google. With this integration you can automatically save liked videos and new subscriptions as bookmarks via [IFTTT](/integrations/ifttt).

## Getting more from saved videos

Every YouTube video you save gets its full transcript extracted automatically and stored in the [web archive](/web-archive). That means you can:

* **Find a video by what was said in it** — type a phrase you remember hearing into search, and the video shows up even if the words aren't in the title
* **Get a summary without watching** — ask [Stella](/stella) for the key points, specific details, or a quick recap of any saved video
