> Share extension crashes and other iOS issues

## Share extension crashes or doesn't appear

A full reinstall usually fixes this:

    Go to **Settings** → **General** → **iPhone Storage** → **Raindrop.io**
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Tap **Delete App** — this removes the app and all cached data
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Install Raindrop.io again from the App Store
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Share extension doesn't appear in the share sheet

If you don't see Raindrop.io in the share menu at all:

* Make sure the [Raindrop.io app](/mobile-app) is installed — the share extension is part of the app
* Restart your device — iOS sometimes doesn't register new share extensions until a reboot
* If it still doesn't show up, follow the [setup steps](/mobile-app#enabling-share-button) to enable it manually
